Pro Trader Investments LLC may handle some or all customer transactions, while Desire To Trade Ltd. may provide most of the services to clients.

Refund Policy
We are committed to providing our clients with value that far exceeds the cost of their purchase. However, certain costs are incurred when new members join, which is why refunds may not always be possible.
If a client previously purchased a product or service from Desire To Trade and requested a refund, they are not eligible for a money-back guarantee should they repurchase the product or service. In such cases, a strict no-refund policy applies.
Desire To Trade Academy
We adhere to a strict no-refund policy for the Desire To Trade Academy, as members gain immediate access to all tools, content, and support upon joining.
Ultimate Prop Firm Trading Program
A strict no-refund policy applies to purchases of the Ultimate Prop Firm Trading Program. That being said, an action-based guarantee may be offered upon joining.
Prop Firm Evaluation Program bought through Desire To Trade
A strict no-refund policy applies to partner Prop Firm Evaluation Programs or challenges purchased through Desire To Trade. All additional terms and conditions imposed by the partner also apply.
Coaching Program
Programs that include calls with a Desire To Trade team member are not eligible for refunds.
Strategy Coding Services
Refunds for strategy coding services are only available if Desire To Trade is unable to code and deliver a functioning trading strategy as requested by the client.
Clients must provide non-subjective strategy rules, fully communicated with the responsible team member. Deposits are non-refundable if the client decides to cancel the strategy coding service. However, a deposit may be refunded if we cannot deliver a functioning strategy as requested.
Extraordinary Refunds
At our discretion, refunds may be issued outside the general and product refund policies. If an extraordinary refund is granted, a 3-10% fee will be deducted to cover payment processor transaction fees and other administrative costs.
External Programs, Products, And Courses
Programs, products, and courses promoted by Desire To Trade but delivered by third parties are not subject to our Refund Policy unless otherwise stated on the sales page.
For products sold on external websites, the merchant’s terms and conditions apply. Desire To Trade is not responsible for the actions or inactions of third parties.
Termination
We reserve the right, at our discretion and without prior notice, to terminate access to the Desire To Trade site, member area, or other related platforms in cases of rule violations, abuse, or misuse. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright infringement, abusive language towards members or team members, abuse of coaching time, or unauthorized solicitation.
Lifetime Membership Termination
Members who purchase a lifetime membership will retain access to the content as long as it remains in operation. If Desire To Trade ceases operations or discontinues a product/service, lifetime memberships will also be terminated.

No Guarantee of Performance

Code of Conduct Policy
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding disrespectful or abusive behavior toward other members or the Desire To Trade team. Criticism, name-calling, and derogatory behavior are strictly prohibited. Our goal is to foster a supportive learning environment based on respect and kindness.
Violations of this policy will result in one warning. Further violations will lead to a permanent ban from the course without a refund.
Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to, abusive language towards members or staff, disrespecting members' or staff time (e.g., scheduling calls and failing to attend, booking multiple calls without doing the required work), and soliciting members without prior approval.
In cases of severe abuse or disrespect toward the Desire To Trade team, an immediate ban may be imposed without warning or refund.
